Dogs are NON NEGOTIABLE they roam freely gardens court front yard. Very loving friendly and mostly sleep in the day. Good security too. We have x2 driveway gates so they dont escape. They not allowed inside main house. Occasional at Owners discretion can be locked away (briefly only) if there's a function - not part of contract.
